At Gullabie - Kahani Zari Aur Resham Ki Private Limited, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Return or Exchange

All products purchased from Gullabie are not eligible for return or exchange once the order has been delivered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Change of mind
Dislike of color, design, or fabric
Incorrect selection by the customer
Minor color variations due to screen display differences

Damaged Product Policy

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, you must follow the steps below:

Record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.
The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Clearly show the sealed parcel
- Show the damage or defect in the product

⚠️ Important:
Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or refund request.

Reporting a Damaged Item

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Order / Invoice Number
Clear unboxing video
Photos of the damaged product
Your contact details

Verification Process

Once we receive your request:

Our team will review the video and images.
If the damage claim is approved, we will guide you with the next steps.
Gullabie reserves the right to approve or reject the claim after verification.

Refund Method

If the claim is approved, the refund will be provided in the form of Store Credit only.

Store credit will be issued for the product value after deductions (if applicable).
The store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Store credit can be used for any future purchase on Gullabie.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is processed, any shipping, payment gateway charges, or applicable fees may be deducted.

Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed immediately after payment, therefore cancellations are generally not accepted.
